ok…don’t get me wrong…doing something is better than nothing…
Those are not push-ups…get your butt down so you’re flat, and go till the nose touches the ground at the same time as the chest. If that’s a problem, do it from the knees till you get it right.
Want an ‘ab’ workout? Do L-sits on paralettes (work your way up to 60 secs). Then start over-head-squating.

A concern for the last exercise. Repeated sit ups, then squat stands will cause your blood to flow towards the legs. This is because the squats cause the leg veins to expand, lowering blood pressure. The act of standing, combined with lower blood pressure raises the risk of passing out. Most will stop when they feel lightheaded, but some do not have any warning signs and will fall and may be injured.
Repetions of this movement is inherently dangerous.

There are no “lower …
There are no “lower and upper abdominals”. The abdominus rectus is ONE MUSCLE, and due to the all-or-nothing reaction of muscular energetics, it is biologically impossible to work the “lower” or “upper” part of the abs independently. I was hoping she’d be an actual “expert”, but hey… what are the odds of that?
