Smoking kettlebell intervals that uses ladder style for the repetitions.

For example: You would perform 5 reps for the each exercise during the first set, rest 30 seconds, then perform 4 reps for each exercise during the 2nd set, rest 30 seconds, and then 3 reps for each exercise during the 3rd set, and so on…This is is gong to be fun!

The video demonstrates 5 Kettlebell Swings, 5 Kettlebell Squats, 5 Kettlebell Cleans, and finally 5 Kettlebell Push Presses

This video reminds me of the old “20 Minute Workout” television show back in the 1980s. Hot women exercising in spandex. LOL!  Well done, Kiana…

How do people not think a toned hard body on a woman (without the steroids for heaven’s sake) is NOT hot?!? They look amazing. And so many young women are overweight these days. A shame. The American diet is for the most part a sham.

Nicole, of Crossfit fame, overhead squatting her bodyweight (150lbs) 15 times. Wow. 150 pound overhead squat is not a light weight, especially 15 times.  I would consider this a nice achievement female or male. Major props and keep up the good work.  Nice lifting shoes BTW…

Wow, this is a nice vid! It gave me some good ideas for a workout to do one day!!  I didn’t really explore any of these exercises for biceps until now. By the way, Zuzana has the body of an goddess.
